the colors are as seen in the pic , this one dollar is not shiny , is it a a mint error ? and if so what it is its value ?

I think she got in a motorcycle accident and got a terrible case of road rash...

It's Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint). It's damaged.

The color is because it toned, and then went back into circulation and that is wearing the toning off the high points. A normal, scratched up dollar.
