Nice coins,
Thanks for sharing. If you do send them in, please post the results.
1) might come back a bezel marks. Looks to have a indent all around the edges. 2) might come back a bezel marks. Looks to have a indent all around the edges. 3) the brush marks.I see some tight organized lines on the reverse at 1 o'clock and might come back a bezel marks. Looks to have a indent all around the edges.
I would not send them in.

Agree it may have been mounted at one time. Brush marks show in upper right of last reverse pic, which might also suggest this.

The first close up pic, I say yes still think its been mounted. The others look better. Although the brush marks are still apparent on the third coin.
I would put them in MS state if they didn't have the damage. I would still not send them in, but if you do and they come back with a bad grade, then just take them out of the slab.

I'm not sure about this date but the 1925d and 1914d often we're minted with those weird bezel looks. I don't know about this one though.

Thanks for your opinions, it doesn't look that it was mounted before on hand but I'll send it in and let you all know when I get it backf

Good luck. Don't personally feel it's worth the cost of submitting.
