Would this be a repunched date error/variety?

And would anybody know how much of a premium errors like these add to world coins? I know American coins have their own books dedicated just to varieties, by my knowledge is limited when it comes to errors/varieties on world coins.

Thank you!

I don't know much about non-US coins, so I can't help with value. Coin Varieties outside of the US and Canada are not well documented so even noticeable varieties don't become well known or generate interest.

Your coin does appear to be a repunched date. There's not really any book value for these kind of varieties since they are not well documented.

As a long-time collector of foreign coin errors, let me say that there are big premiums on;y on dramatically double struck coins, full brockages, and major off-centers.

Sorry about that,
Bill
