I was wondering if perhaps this coin had been struck this way with the RUS in 'TRUST' being "cut out/outlined" since also the bottom part of the E in 'WE' is extended(bumpy). The back side of the coin has no surprises, usual reverse. I'm a beginner to coin roll hunting and collecting. If this is an error, does it have value?(the reverse is quite stained)Please help!Thankyou!

To CCF! This isn't an error. This is Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). You can see the scratched, pushed over, and flattened metal.
Errers and Varietys.
Rest in Peace

And whats coming off the bottom of the E is just a common zinc bubble under the copper plating.
