The penny has just above liberty and left of neck a rise that looks like a mountain ridge. It is definately from the original strike. Have not found one like or what type of error to call it. looks like a bullet.any help is appreciated.

You need to look at the pictures you post.
Blurry and small images are of no help to us, thus no help to you.
