Muddler, I loved the designs on those aluminum French colony coins from 1940s to 1960s and collected them as a kid (pepactonius posted a French Somaliland a few days ago if I recall).

Okay so I lied. I do have a few for 1954.

This next one is more of a Military Medal or trophy dated 1954. I hope it isn't going against the rules playing it.

This is from the British Military London District. Home of the Coldstream Guards. The oldest regiment of the British Army founded in 1650. This regiment is one of the most elite trained in the British Army. Kind of like their special Forces. What the Coldstream Guards are most famous for, at least for tourist anyway, is for guarding Royal Palaces in their red uniforms as well as parading at royal functions.

Not sure who won this in 1954 but I do know they were with the London District in 1954 and was pretty good at riding a motorcycle in rough territory.
