PCGS has holdered nothing lower than MS62 for these. Must not be part of a lowball set? I've had this more than 10 years, so it could have been pocketed for 25 (I have not carried it, and it has not toned under my tenure). Thanks in advance...

Wow, that's very cool. I'll say VF-25.

I come back to this coin in respect for a truly rare pocket-piece commemorative.

The current example does not need to be certified by any TPG for us to appreciate it for what it is - someone out there purchased this ... and decided to make it a daily habit to enjoy the coin in their pocket ... along with keys, change, whatever.

Today it is a lovely testament to that person - a true pocket-piece coin.

Technical grade is as suggested above - appeal to knowledgeable collectors is off the charts.
