Came across this beautiful Lincoln Cent and would like to know if this is what they consider to be a rainbow color error ? All information is welcomed thanks
That's not an error. That's called toning. It happens when a coin is exposed to the environment (Environmental Damage). That's Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint).
