First off, this is a large date, Pay attention to those things, kind of makes it easier to attribute when you pay attention to other varieties within the year to some of the years..
With 1960, you can narrow it down to about 2/3rds of the RPMs if you pay attention to the large date/small date aspect. At the beginning of every listing title for large dates you will see (LG 1960- D Rpm- 068)
Location looks like it could very well be Variety vista's, rpm-068..
But wait to see what others say!
Reason being, your picture size is a little bigger than variety vista's, so the comparison isn't exact. But it looks almost close enough for me to not know for sure!
I was thinking either 38 or 68! Most likely 68 though!

Do you have paint on your computer? If you can't find it, just go down to the windows search bar and type in paint. I'll teach you about finding the mint Mark location on cents from 1989 and below. It's pretty simple too.
