I had assumed obverse and reverse of same coin but that might be a wrong assumption.

Obverse and Reverse are OK together once you accept that he has corrected the weight to be 8g not 4g, and so it is a full sovereign not a half sovereign.
I am still not happy with the "look" of it and I suspect a replica or at best a "jewellers copy".

Sorry to say, this is most definitely not an original coin. Best case scenario, it's some kind of jewellers copy, so might still be some gold value, though most likely not 22 ct
