My father was from Pakistan so I assumed this may be its origins but nothing appeared on Google and I am completely baffled. I am hoping someone will be able to tell me. It held no territory in what is now Pakistan. Its ruling dynasty was Muslim, though the population was almost entirely Hindu; most of the Muslim minority would have fled to Pakistan after independence and partition.
