It is definitely Indo-Sassanian coinage.
I think that is King Khusro II.
You can Google that for similar images to compare to.

Yes Sasanian drachm of Khusro II, need a closer picture of the reverse but I believe the mint is ST for Istakhr. Can't make out the date but the coin is from the last few years of his reign.

In an open market here are the prices you can expect, just search using the advanced search tab on ebay of sold listings for this. From just the past few months of sales globally. Hope it helps: ($15-$40)
