All, wondering if this somehow/someway a DD on the word Washington on reverse. The pics look like it but most likely MD. Everywhere else on the coin seems to be fine.

That's Machine Doubling. Although, since it's on incused devices, it will be exactly the opposite. Instead of being reduced in size on non-incused devices, it will increase it size. It's like smearing butter with a knife. This is very common on the ATB Quarters (about 75 percent of them had this issue).
