I have lack of knowledge for those coins. What would be a fair grade for this one? EF?

Thanks!

Does have wear on wreath and lettering, but still has a semblence of luster, I'd say more in XF45 range.

With the luster present I would call this AU-50. It is a GERMANY 1938-J 2 Reichpfenning. XF catalog is $1.50 and MS-60 is $7.00 so AU would be about $3.70. The "J" Mintmark would be the Hamburg mint.
