Came across this 1993 Lincoln in very good condition and has some lines going through it that I would like to get some information on.

That is caused by the copper plating not adhering properly to the zinc. This unfortunately is a common occurrence.

I agree with CoinCents. Just a bad Copper plating job. It didn't adher properly.
