1993 Washington Quarter Question Please

Does anyone know if the 1993 Washington quarter date was struck OVER THE 1992 date on the bottom of the obverse ever? Or whether or not that Is even possible...? I have two 1993 quarters that keep tricking me, depending on how I hold them, a two is clear as day right underneath the three. weird. thanks in advance for the insight Report this Post to the Staff
