I think that there's a bow/high spot on the Obverse.

I'd say ICCS gave it an F-15 and NGC a VF-25

Graded as follows...As usual, ICCS sucks at weak strikes.

ICCS F-15 /// NGC VF-30

Wow, makes me think about crossing some of my ICCS coins ... how much is NGC when you send in a decent sized batch?

Also, did this get attributed as inverted A in Victoria. It's hard to tell from the photo but it looks like it could be (and it looks like the C in victoria is repunched, which is the case for the inverted A).

Depends what it is and what tier of service you can/want to use.

The larger the submission the more shipping charges are spread out over the coins

Good eye KHatt, it is indeed a die break A in VICTORIA.
Infact it is the rarer die crack between C & A type.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

@ TheCoinHunter, will you be sending it back to ICCS now for attribution?
Or are your customers savvy enough to see for themselves when you point the way.

This is not an inverted "A" (Die break V) in Victoria. This coin and variety has been previously discussed here and has been listed in an ICCS holder. Attributable die break "V" has a re-punched "N" which is the only variety that ICCS and/or NGC will attribute. They will NOT attribute this variety of a plugged V. CCCS will attribute it as a "Plugged V" (not as "DBV / inverted V" if you ask. And it did go to a good home (one of the members here).
