Oh, it's just been beat up. no errors ,plain damage,dinged,banged,shoved in candy machines, run over be cars. you know ,the normal life cycle of a coin

It's just a very beat up and abused Quarter. Nothing special here. It's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). The edge took a hit, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened. Just spend it.
