I thought this was an impressive RPD on a coin I just picked for a few bucks.

According to NGC: Several repunched date varieties are known, but most are quite minor and of little interest.

It might actually be a die chip and a die crack, can you get closer pics?

I agree with Tanman. It looks like a Die Chip with a Die Crack attached to it. Although, once you receive this coin, then you can get better pictures.
