I thought it might be from polishing but none of the coin showed any scratches of any sort from polishing. Trails possibly?

Nevermind.. the next one I checked from the same roll showed extremely shiney right behind the marks I pointed at.. going with die gouge and gonna leave it posted so you guys can see it. Almost looks like a laser or something shooting from his eyes tho. Ooo maybe I can sell it on ebay for 100 bucks...lol
