I believe this is a copy of a very expensive Chinese dollar.

It is known as the auto dollar, made in 1928.

Yep, the Kweichow province "auto dollar", the first coin ever struck to feature a motor vehicle. Quite popular with collectors; they'd be even more popular if the Chinese fakemasters weren't churning fakes out by the truckload.
