to the CCF. Not quit sure what you are referring to, but if it is the rough surface, then that is just environment damage known as PMD. It's only an error if it was done during the minting process. Anything after that is just damage.

To CCF! You have a coin that isn't an error. It's Environmental Damage (ED), from being in the environment. It's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint). It's only worth face value now.
