I think you might be tough on your coin, it still has a lot of luster left, and the wear is extremely minimal(if there is any at all, in hand it may look UNC). In general, if there's decent amount of luster left on the coin, it's going to be in the AU territory at the very least. This is certainly not a rule though.
AU details scratched. the obverse is scratched above and below the R in TRVST and below the V in the same word. I don't think this would straight grade.
