I'd honestly go F15 here. If it was in a VF20 holder it would be no surprise though.

VF30. The 1838 and 1839 issues have strike weakness in different areas of the coin due to ongoing design changes. Lots of detail on the bust, with a well-defined face and clear separation of the digits on the left hand. Hair braids and lines on Phrygian cap are still visible.
