I thought this was a pretty coin, so I bought it.

Grade?

Flat spot wear on Liberty's right arm (obv.), flat spot wear on shoulder of llama, and berries spilling out of cornucopia. (rev.).
Would straight grade, not a details coin. Nice even gray patina.

These are normally found in around this grade.

XF45.

I have some disagreements with Sel (and I am a Peru collector).

The flat area on the llama is usually a strike issue on these coins. Those berries spilling out of the cornucopia are coins. And they are not a high point.

The coin has an unnatural looks with what appears to be light hairlines. It could straight grade, and it could go details, but either way it's not worth sending in.

There is some slight wear on the highest leaf to the left of FINO, but the coin is better than the previous XF-45 guesses. AU 50 minimum. Perhaps 53/55.

An MS 63 example of this coin would be worth around 125 in a third party holder.

It might squeak out an AU-50 but the flatness on the right arm, drapery below it, cap on pole, face, leaf edges on reverse is wear.
