I agree with echizento that it's probably a modern creation. If I had to guess, I'd say it's trying to pass as a Celtic or other barbarous imitation of an ancient Greek type. Something along the lines of the following (with OP coin cut-and-pasted at the top). I think that most, but not all, ancient imitations of this general type were issued in silver.

Bob, thank you for the great detective work and expertise! As an amateur, I can see that the motives match. The coin seems to be made of bronze, not silver, weighs 8.1gm and is 7/8th of an inch diameter. Has been in family possession since the late 1940ies when my dad obtained it while traveling in then Yugoslavia. Did the celtic imitations of Drachm invent new motives or would the tripod/trident/semiluna also be expected on an original greek coin? anyways, thank you very much for finding this match!
