I picked up a nicely toned 1861 H10C and another forum member pointed a couple of characteristics of Valentine 2;

~There is a flaw under arm holding pole which is indicative of a clash E from reverse that shows clearly.

~The "wreath recut at left" ( DDR) shows clearly.

I was just wondering if anyone had an image for comparison to this one;

I'm not sure, since I don't have much knowledge in this area of Classic coins (I only have a ton knowledge on the modern ones), but hopefully someone will give you an answer soon. I'm giving your thread a bump as well, since it hasn't been successfully answered yet.

Nope, I don't know much about the Valentine varieties, sorry.
