The American Tax token society lists it as L37 and an R-2 (rarity very common2001-5000 pcs known) there is a difference in the faces as one has a bar 3.4mm long and the other 2.8mm. Illinois possible issued more tax tokens that the state of Washington. Most did last much ore than the first year of issue 1933. As the tax structure equal 20% for a small purchase. Also a lack of enforcement and rules as there were paper ones and even issues by merchants across the state.
Value can be .25¢to$1.00 as there were millions minted.
