Yeah, Steve, it's a silly, fanciful listing, an attempt to give a common Sellwood 78 a bit of panache. Fair price, though. Although I have seen Parthian drachms that were listed as possibly overstruck on denarii, those had visual evidence of the undertype. In this instance there seems to be no such evidence.

I agree with Bob , nothing indicates a re-stamped denarius , if it is a real Parthian drachm , I think it is a fair price . albert

The out of focus pictures certainly don't help.

At any rate, a 2nd century denarius would be far too small and light to be struck into a Parthian drachm.
