Hello, I found this dime in pocket change and haven't come across anything that looks quite like this. The damage seems to go all of the way to the rim as far as pitting (?) The rim lines are completely covering the obverse, some on the face, and some on the reverse. Do you know what could have caused this? Also, there seems to be some doubling on various elements as seen in the photos.
Definitely Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint) unfortunately. Not sure what caused it, but someone intentionally damaged your coin.
