I wouldn't send it in to be graded. Looks like an evenly circulated Morgan dollar. Nice coin

You bought it for a fair market value, it my get you $30-35 in that condition. It isn't a rarity, quite common coin.

This issue is quite common in mid circulated condition as is your example and worth roughly what you paid. I would not consider sending one in to be graded unless it was upper AU (AU58)at least. '86-O is a real conditional rarity in mid MS grades and should be graded (accurately)

And congrats on purchasing a nice circulated example!

edit to add - I see you posted this in the variety/ error category. Were you thinking something is amiss?

You did fine for a purchase price, but I generally avoid sending any coin in unless it's value is at least $200.

Although, it's not worth submitting in to be graded. It will cost more than what the coin is actually worth.
