Hello! Here I came across a few Indian heads and this one was in the best shape. Looking for a grade. Thank you!

au55 - details if the green has eaten into the metal.
coin looks to have a good strike and little wear on the obverse. reverse wreath seems to have a little more rub beyond the high points.

Is there any safe way to get rid of the nasty green stuff on the reverse?

Try an Acetone soak followed by Verdi-care. Anything that is going to come off will. Otherwise it is what it is.

I'll pick some up and finish the job! Thanks for the tip. And the "heart shape" is a small scuff.
