I have seen too many like this during my search in last 4 months. I do not often to keep it. I took a pic and then toss it some where. This one is not that real big I might do the same.

One side misaligned - MAD

Both sides misaligned - Off center strike


Looks like yours is a MAD.

Even it they are off in different directions? (Yes it is possible)
Even if it is still struck completely within the collar?
Without a collar but the whole design is still on the planchet? (Uncentered broadstrike)
