These documents were found along with other wartime currency notes. If you can help translate the writing, identify the origin or any additional information would be appreciated.

The top item is a blank check from the Southern Development Bank (central bank for the southeast Asia occupied territories, 1942 - 1945). Would love to find one of these myself.

The lower one looks like a US propaganda leaflet, probably used in the western Pacific, c. 1944.
