There are no DDR listings for a 1992 P LMC. This cent probably is not going to be as well but is pretty intriguing nonetheless. Everything with this cent is absolutely norm except the FG initials. The F is normal but the G is something all together different. The doubling is not shelf like on most MD's and you can see the separation, especially in the upper right of the vertical bar. It may be nothing more than contact doubling but a pretty cool cent all together.

This is a tough one. Have you compared the G to another coin to see if it is actually enlarged? Is there doubling anywhere else?

If that's the only doubling on the coin it may be slapped with a "too minor" if you try to get it listed.

coppercoins.com lists three DDR's
1992P-1DR-001 involves the FG.

My first thought is, it is a strong strike. I can't see the G being a DDR and not the F since they are so close together.

I'm debating this, whether it's a DDR or not. The extra thickness makes me learn towards a minor DDR, but I'm not exactly sure etheir.
