The O looks weird, I need better pics to figure out if it's a doubled die or not.

Clearer pics and more of a close-up would be great. It does look like a die chip on the "O" but the "L's" look like they exhibit Machine Doubling.

Put a piece of white paper over your light source or maybe some tissues to stop the reflection of the light off the shiny surface of your coin

Good advice Mark! Take Mark's advice. So far, we can't determine what doubling it is, because the picture aren't good enough unfortunately.
