1989 P Roosevelt Extra Hair..? Anyone Ever Seen This Error?

In addition to the extra hair on the field behind Roosevelt's head, there are other raised metal deposits too. One, under the nose, a few under the eye and one on the earlobe. Quite a few questionable doubling (MD) throughout the obverse as well. I guess the main question I have is, "is this a noted certified "Type" Of error On "ANY" coin? (The extra hair?)
