Not errors.
Both are acceptable for non-precious metal coins of the time.
Weight is within +/- 3%.
Diameter is controlled by collar as well as planchet size,the overdiameter coin is a result of collar size only not planchet size. The under diameter coin is well within tolerance.
The thickness discrepancy is simply a result of wear.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

These are still within the tolerance ranges for the Canadian Mint.
