1945 Walking Liberty (Off Metal Help)

kyleg02247 Valued Member United States 84 Posts	Posted 08/21/2018 10:49 am Hey Guys, I noticed this strange area on the reverse of one of my Walking Liberty half dollars while going through my Alblum. Not Sure if the photo does it justice but when viewed under a 14x Loupe the metal appears to be identical to Gold. Total weight is 12.25 Grams. Any Help would be appreciated.
