The lozenge pattern on the shield is traditional Bavarian. Their colours would be light blue and white.

( "Bayern" = "Bavaria" )

Very fast answers :)

15Z5 1/2 Batzen, Bavaria
Wilhelm IV & Ludwig X
Saurma 986 (page 23) has it: AR 1/2 Batzen, Rautenschild, re: Löwe (coat of arms / lion reverse)

Obv: WILH ET LUD DUC BAVARIE (cross) = Wilhelm & Ludwig Dukes of Bavaria

Rev: SI DE(abbr) NOBISC QS CON NOS = abbreviated from SI DEUS NOBISCUM QUIS CONTRA NOS = If God is with us, who can be against us?

A Latin reference to Romans 8:31: (KJV) "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?"

A sentiment more familiarly expressed in German as "GOTT MIT UNS" :)
