Hi folks I was looking at a proof set and noticed md on IGWT. Can you guess about how often this happens?

They sayou it happens a lot on proofs since they are struck twice gives it twice the chance to get MD

As said, it can happen at least twice, since Proof coins are struck twice. In that case, Machine Doubling would be pretty common on Proof Strikes.
