Not an expensive coin so I'd say experiment. If you have time try stuff like baking soda and distilled water paste. Or a dip in something like Lemon or Lime Juices. You really don't have much to loose so this could be your chance to find a new substance for coins. However, remember the more you do to that coin, the more is lost.

Cleaning is futile, it's simply not worth the effort. It has terminal stage cupric oxide corrosion. If you're determined, vinegar would be your best household choice...but it will still be super ugly afterwards.
