This is a French coin in the name of a king Charles. I can read KAROLUS FRANCORUM REX.
I couldn't find an exact match, but it could be of Charles VII (1422-1461), a blanc or a petit-blanc.

Yep, I agree, except judging by this CoinArchives search page, it's more likely to be Charles VI (1380-1422).
