I Have A 1984 Quarter An A 1974 Quarter Not Sure About Them.

The 1974 date looks like it has bigger numbers than most quarters an they look squished has no letter by G.W. Now the 1984 the word "in" looks like there pressed together almost to look like one messed up letter an it has a filled in "P" also G.W. head looks bigger than others.. It doesn't have a perfect circle shape. From the letters RTY along the side to the 4 it looks like it was pressed more on that side on the back below the eagle between the quarter dollar looks like a circle with more depth like it was pressed more there too dont no anything about coins was just seeing if there worth anything.

It is only an error if it was done during the striking of the coin.
Everything on your coins show PMD (Post Mint Damage) and wear.
No extra value.

I agree with everyone on it being damaged. That's normal circulation wear and tear on your coin. They are both worth face value.
