EF-45, possibly AU-50. Just a spender.
Rest in Peace

A common circulated issue. In 1965 through 1967 all three mints issued coins, but by a new law had no mintmark placed. The only way to tell which mint it came from without knowing the fine details of die pairs used per location, is that the SMS Special Mint Sets issued came from San Francisco. These coins were struck once, with polished dies but had a standard planchet. Proof coins are polished dies, polished planchets and struck twice.

Correct. from 1965 - 1967 three mints struck coins but had no MM. So there's no way to tell which mint this came from.

EF-45, just a common circulated quarter. Spender.
