First off, this is not a '68; it's the same '65 as in your "1965 Shiney Penny" post.

The gash below the "ST" of 'states' and the smudge on the right side of the memorial cause me to grade it at XF-48. It also has multiple rim nicks on both sides.

Still a nice sample; I'd keep it until you find a nicer one. Oh, I value any circulated Lincoln Cent from 1945-to-current as 'one cent'.

No, it is not a keeper. It may have a value of two or 3 cents, technically, but who is gonna sell/buy a cent for 3 cents? It's not worth it for one coin.
