Remember me? I answered your question the first time you asked about this style of mint mark...the answer hasn't changed.

This has a contact on lower serif.

Not a RPM. Damaged punch and circulation damage.

I agree. It's from a damaged mint mark punch, and shows circulation damage on the mint mark.

I'm trying to understand @crazyb0. I appreciate your feedback, however it is a different coin regardless if the answer is the same. I'm searching and as I come along things I see, I ask your opinions and expertise.
