I actually have three different dimes that I need help with. Should I post them all together or seperate? For now I'll just send the 1970. Can anyone tell me if this is an error?

It is heavily worn and also appears to have been polished, or intentionally worn down in some other way.

PMD (Post mint damage). It was done after it left the mint.
