I acquired this coin the other day and I am unable to figure out what it is. The weight of the coin is 4.7g and the diameter ranges from 21 to 22mm depending on where the measurement is taken. I would love to know what exactly it is. Thank you

Your coin is a late Roman bronze (LRB) of either the Roan Emperor Constans or Valens, can't really tell from you pictures. Clearer pictures would help.

Valens is likely, the V seems present and the inscription is not long enough to be anyone else;the reverse isn't very clear on your pictures, but I reckon you could make it out in hand. I'm leaning towards RESTITVTOR REIP (Restorer of the Republic),like this: Unknown-Old-Copper-Coin

Or perhaps SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE, though they tend to be smaller,like this:
