Hopefully these pics are OK. It's tough photographing a coin through plastic.

Maybe I should try submitting to a different TPG...

MS60 to me would be a crappy coin...yours is not a crappy coin. I would probably take an AU58 over a MS60. I would take your coin anyway. Send it elsewhere.

ICCS has a deservedly poor reputation, which the grading and packaging of this coin demonstrate.

ICCS tends to grade these hard, I have a few that I think should have graded higher as well

Not that I'm defending ICCS, but the obverse photo is pretty dark.
Maybe there are dings or hairlines that cant be seen from the photo?

At MS63BN this coin would likely have to be the finest brown example known.
Doesn't appear to be so exceptional to me.
Although 60 seems low IMO too, ICCS has had the advantage of seeing the coin in hand.
In all "You vs. TPG" type threads the TPG has this advantage over us, they don't have to grade by less than ideal pics taken through heavy plastic.
Their advantage is lower for circulated coins as wear patterns are more evident in pics than such things as luster, bag marks, and eye appeal.
All these types of threads are really for our entertainment only.
If internet grading were so reliable we could save a lot on shipping.
.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I was going to say AU58.

Also, by rule ICCS will VERY rarely grade brown coins higher than MS62.
