Although 60 seems low IMO too, ICCS has had the advantage of seeing the coin in hand. In all "You vs. TPG" type threads the TPG has this advantage over us, they don't have to grade by less than ideal pics taken through heavy plastic. Their advantage is lower for circulated coins as wear patterns are more evident in pics than such things as luster,bag marks, and eye appeal. All these types of threads are really for our entertainment only. If internet grading were so reliable we could save a lot on shipping. .
